What we review
Each home is different. A typical assessment covers the exterior structure, ventilation openings and the immediate surroundings so recommendations can be focused where they matter most.

- Attic, gable, soffit, foundation and crawlspace vents
- Eaves, soffits and rafter tails
- Exterior walls, penetrations and trim

How the visit works
We arrive on schedule, walk the property, take photographs and notes and discuss what we see. You receive a plain language summary that groups findings by urgency and difficulty so you can decide how to move forward.
After the assessment
You are never pressured to complete every item at once. Many homeowners choose to begin with lower cost maintenance and vent screening, then plan larger improvements over time.
